Ricky Gervais Returning as Golden Globe Host

After Ricky Gervais stirred up controversy for being biting and downright mean as host last year of the Golden Globes, I didn't think he would ever be brought back. On a personal note, I thought he was hilarious and think people in Hollywood need to lighten up. Apparently the Hollywood Foreign Press Association agrees with me, and thrives on controversy as they have asked Gervais to return this year. I think it will make the ceremony a heck of a lot more interesting, but also may rile some of his biggest critics.
