Should Win - Billy Miller "The Young and the Restless"
Commentary - I personally prefer Billy Miller's Billy (real clever there with the character name) on Y&R, and I think that Scott Clifton is a possibility, after finally aging out of the younger category. But my guess is that the juicy storylines given to Damien this year on GH will be enough to earn Bradford Anderson his first Emmy award.
