Commentary - If I had a vote, The Young and the Restless would be miles about all the other contenders in most the categories, but alas, this year I think that the writing award comes down to two shows. One Life to Live may be back in production and showing episodes online, but its final broadcast episodes may carry enough emotional weight for it to win. But I think that if The Bold and the Beautiful is the frontrunner to win Best Drama Series, its because its writers have crafted storylines that make it the best. It just seems like a logical choice to win. Of couse sometimes logic is defied.
