2016 MTV Movie Award Predictions: Best Hero, Best Kiss, Best Virtual Performance and Best Fight

Best Hero
Will Win - Daisy Ridley "Star Wars: The Force Awakens"
Should Win - Charlize Theron "Mad Max: Fury Road"
Could Win - Jennifer Lawrence "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2"
Commentary - Theron steals Mad Max: Fury Road, and her empowerment is breathtaking. But I still think that Star Wars is going to sweep a lot of these categories, and its newest star Daisy Ridley feels like a lock here. The only one who could upset the apple cart is Jennifer Lawrence, although it feels like The Hunger Games has peaked at these awards.

Best Virtual Performance
Will Win - Amy Poehler "Inside Out"
Should Win - Amy Poehler "Inside Out"
Could Win - James Spader "Avengers: Age of Ultron" or Andy Serkis "Star Wars: The Force Awakens"
Commentary - James Spader turned Red Reddington into an awesome villain, and although his role was small, Andy Serkis as Snoke was memorable. Plus, if anyone deserves to win this award it is Serkis, who is the reigning king of motion-capture performance. But the biggest name of the bunch is probably Amy Poehler, and Inside Out was a massive hit. How Phyllis Smith missed the cut here, is beyond me, but I hope to see Poehler win this one for both of them.

Best Kiss
Will Win - Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan "Fifty Shades of Grey"
Should Win - Rebel Wilson and Andy Devine "Pitch Perfect 2"
Could Win - Morena Baccarin and Ryan Reynold "Deadpool"
Commentary - This is one of those categories where I could care less who wins. Deadpool could notch a win here, as it is the most current of the bunch. But I expect the steamy Fifty Shades of Grey to win here, if for nothing else other than notoriety.

Best Fight
Will Win - Rey vs. Kylo Ren "Star Wars: The Force Awakens"
Should Win - Furiosa vs. Max "Mad Max: Fury Road"
Could Win - Deadpool vs. Ajax "Deadpool" or Hugh Glass vs. The Bear "The Revenant"
Commentary - Deadpool could win here, once again, if its more recent popularity wins the day, and The Revenant scene is infamous. But once again, it would be unwise to bet against Star Wars, and that infamous scene where Rey first discovers a lightsaber. It is a classic moment for all Star Wars fans, and I assume there are a lot of them out there.
